Work
A selection of products and businesses I've worked on across AI, data,
platforms, consumer products, B2B software, and entrepreneurship.

Panorama
Panorama is an internal analytics and visualization product that helps
teams understand operational and product data.
A major focus has been bringing AI into the analytics workflow through
a natural-language assistant for metric and data questions. The broader
goal is to make analytics self-serve: giving people an easy way to access
governed, accurate metrics and visualize them within the workflows where
they already work.
As workflows increasingly incorporate AI agents, the opportunity is to
make analytics less dependent on knowing how underlying BI and data
systems work, while preserving the governance and accuracy required for
decision making.
What I think about
AI should make complex systems easier to use without compromising the
quality of the underlying information. For analytics, that means combining
strong metric governance and data foundations with interfaces that let
people ask questions and explore information in increasingly natural ways.

uMetric
uMetric is the metric semantic layer and computation platform underlying
Uber's internal analytics ecosystem.
It provides a common way to define, understand, and compute metrics across
different analytics experiences. This foundation becomes especially
important as analytics evolves toward AI: natural-language interfaces and
AI agents need a reliable understanding of what metrics mean, how they
should be calculated, and which dimensions and aggregations are appropriate.
What I think about
Good data products need both a strong foundation and a simple interface.
The semantic layer provides consistency and governance underneath, while
the experiences built on top should make that complexity largely invisible
to the user.

Chronicle
Chronicle is an internal diagnostic product used to investigate individual
trips and understand what happened across a complex operational system.
My work focuses on product strategy, roadmap, usability, and extending the
underlying capabilities to other workflows. A significant part of the work
has been platformization: identifying capabilities that can be reused across
teams rather than continuing to build isolated diagnostic experiences.
This has involved thinking about embeddable experiences, APIs, configurable
components, and the underlying data and technology required to make those
capabilities reusable.
What I think about
A product can create more value when you identify the underlying capability
rather than optimizing only for the original use case. Platformization is
less about building generic infrastructure and more about understanding
which capabilities are genuinely reusable and designing them around the
needs of future consumers.

M365 Lighthouse
M365 Lighthouse helps managed service providers set up, onboard, manage,
and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for their customers.
I led product charters focused on improving the partner experience and
supporting Microsoft 365 growth through the partner channel. The work
involved B2B SaaS, partner ecosystems, onboarding, activation, enterprise
workflows, and product-led growth.
What I think about
For B2B products, the user journey often extends beyond the immediate
product experience. Understanding the broader ecosystem of customers,
partners, administrators, and end users can reveal opportunities that
aren't obvious when looking at a single workflow in isolation.

Microsoft 365 Migration
I worked on redesigning the migration experience for SMB customers moving
into Microsoft 365. The problem extended beyond migration itself: customers
needed a more coherent journey from acquisition through successful onboarding.
I led a cross-functional team to define a unified migration experience
across that journey.
What I think about
Some of the most valuable product opportunities exist between stages of a
customer journey rather than inside an individual feature. Understanding
the end-to-end experience can reveal friction that feature-level optimization
misses.

Outlook Extensibility
I worked on product vision and strategy for Outlook extensibility across
Mobile and Web, enabling third-party developers and ISVs to build
experiences into Outlook.
The work involved balancing user needs, developer needs, platform
constraints, APIs, ecosystem strategy, and long-term platform adoption.
I shipped functionality including meeting creation through third-party
providers and integrations between Outlook Mobile and third-party CRM
applications.
What I think about
Platform products require thinking simultaneously about two customers:
the person using the end experience and the developer or organization
building on top of the platform. The best platform experiences make
powerful capabilities available without forcing developers or users to
understand unnecessary complexity.
Mobile Premier League · Product Analytics
Product Analytics
I led product analytics across several product functions within Mobile
Premier League's gaming app, working closely with product teams, analyzing
user behavior, and designing and evaluating experiments.
This experience gave me a deeper understanding of consumer products and
experimentation and strengthened the analytical foundation I later brought
into product management.
Google · Program Management
Internal Programs
During my MBA, I worked at Google as a Program Manager, focusing on
improving collaboration between internal organizations. I defined
interaction workflows, evaluated future business needs, and aligned
stakeholders and leadership around a more effective operating model.
Google · Analytics
Channels Data Analytics
Earlier at Google, I worked on data analytics involving candidate mapping,
data transformation, statistical analysis, and prioritization. I
spearheaded an automated data transformation tool and developed a
statistical methodology for prioritizing mapping efforts.
This period gave me a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical
thinking, automation, operational efficiency, and problem decomposition.
Mu Sigma · Decision Science
Analytics & Consulting
I started my career at Mu Sigma Business Solutions, working as a Decision
Scientist on analytics and consulting engagements for clients across
industries including banking and technology.
The work involved solving ambiguous business problems through data
analysis, statistical thinking, and structured problem solving.
Independent · Entrepreneurship
Blimey
I founded Blimey, a platform designed to help content creators connect
directly with their audiences and monetize their time through one-to-one
interactions.
Building Blimey gave me exposure to the full product lifecycle: problem,
idea, product, launch, acquisition, onboarding, and monetization.

Badhat
I co-founded Badhat, a B2B order management platform designed to help
small neighborhood stores in India order products from their suppliers
more seamlessly.
The product helped more than 500 stores manage supplier ordering during
COVID-19 and exposed me to the constraints of building for small businesses
within an existing offline ecosystem.
